Phygephilia involves a sexual arousal related to flight or being a fugitive. This paraphilia might involve actually being a fugitive, or being on the run, or this arousal can also be felt by proxy. This particular paraphilia is relatively unheard of and not well researched. It is related to other paraphilias that involve or hinge on feelings of adrenaline as a form of sexual arousal. The thought or idea of being a fugitive might be enough to illicit sexual arousal for some individuals, although not for all.
